We will perform an initial scan of your hard drive and determine if it needs Level 1 or Level 2 recovery.
- Level 1 recovery is the most common type of recovery and has the highest success rate. This includes recovering data due to clicking hard drives, accidental erase, bad formats and partitions. This is a non invasive procedure and we are able to perform this type recovery in our lab.
We can also recover corrupt or unreadable Outlook or Outlook express mail files. (We support Outlook versions 2000, 2002, 2003 and 2007 and Outlook Express v 6)
- Level 2 recovery is an invasive procedure and must be performed in a clean room. A procedure of this nature requires disassembly of the drive and either repaired for restore or its platters placed in a host unit. We will obtain a quote from one of our Level 2 recovery business partners and handle the transaction on your behalf.
